As founding parents of Little Acorn House, we understand that each individual with disabilities and their families or guardians have a unique set of goals and preferences. We are committed to support all people with disabilities achieve their individual goals.
Through Little Acorn House, we also understand the opportunity this program provides: Ensuring that our children can lead rich and full lives, allowing for their needs and unique situations, and also working to help develop new, critical programs to reach and serve more families and children.
Our Mission, Status and Work Plan
Our mission is to provide support, opportunities and hope to adults with disabilities and their families. We accomplish this by partnering with passionate individuals, organizations and government agencies to bring creative, dynamic and effective solutions to reshape the possibilities for adults with disabilities.
Little Acorn House is a registered 501(c)(3) Public Charity, a non-profit organization that promotes and supports employment, stimulating activities, skill building classes and creative housing for people with disabilities.
Check back for our schedule of programs, activities and skill building classes that can be attended by individuals with disabilities or autism, including those with significant disabilities.
